Our menu features thin-crust artisan pizza, hand made pasta, and a fresh mozzarella bar. The menu changes often based on the seasonal offerings of our local purveyors, and we are committed to using the freshest, most flavorful ingredients available. We also support and use organic, natural and sustainable ingredients when possible, and offer gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian options for our guests.
Located in the heart of downtown Palo Alto, our kitchen is led by highly acclaimed Bay Area chef, Robert Holt. Chef Holt, who has cooked and traveled extensively throughout Italy, has over twenty years experience at top-tier Bay Area restaurants including Acquerello, Boulevard and Square One. Most recently, Holt served as executive chef of Marzano in Oakland, where his rustic and robust Italian food and savory pizza won loyal fans and a three-star review from San Francisco Chronicle Critic, Michael Bauer.
Seasoned General Manager Rachel Candelaria joins us from our sister restaurant Sam's Chowder House in Half Moon Bay to oversee our front of house operations, bringing her passion for excellent service.
